FAQ
How long does delivery take?
Most packs deliver in 8–15 minutes. The slow leg is the AI image gen itself — 50 images in parallel against the providers' rate limits. You get an email the moment yours is ready, with a gallery link.
What if some of the 50 images come out bad?
We over-generate to compensate. The AI is non-deterministic, so a couple of any batch of 50 won't land — but you'll keep ~48 strong portraits even on a bad run. If your pack is genuinely thin, ping support and we'll regenerate the weak ones for free.
Can I use these commercially?
Yes — for your own commercial use (social profile, portfolio, business card, etc.). You can't resell the portraits themselves as stock. We don't claim copyright on the outputs.
Why not a subscription?
Most people want a one-time portrait set, not a monthly subscription they'll forget about. We'd rather charge once for a real outcome than nickel-and-dime credits.
What kind of photo works best?
A clear, well-lit photo of just you, looking at the camera. Front-facing or slight 3/4 angle. Avoid sunglasses, group shots, and very low-light photos.
