Terms of Service

Last updated: 28 September 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Prompt Frenzy ("Prompt Frenzy", "we", "us") for using promptfrenzy.com, our apps, agent and developer access, and related services (the "Service"). We have tried to keep them plain-English. By creating an account, buying anything, or using the Service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who we are

Prompt Frenzy is operated by Robin Spottiswoode, a sole trader trading as Prompt Frenzy, based in London, United Kingdom. You can contact us at support@promptfrenzy.com. How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

2. Who can use Prompt Frenzy

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service (at least 16 in the UK and the European Economic Area). You must be 18 or over, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to buy a plan or credits.

3. Your account

  • Give accurate sign-up details and keep your login secure.
  • One account per person. Creating extra accounts to collect more free credits is not allowed.
  • You are responsible for what happens under your account, including anything done with an agent key you create (see section 12).
  • You can delete your account at any time from Settings. If you have an active subscription, cancel it first so you are not charged again. What deletion removes is described on that screen and in our Privacy Policy.

4. What the Service does

Prompt Frenzy is a library of AI prompts and a way to run them. When you generate an image, video or song, your prompt and any photo you upload are sent to a third-party AI model to create the result. AI output is unpredictable: results vary, can be imperfect, and are not guaranteed to match what you had in mind. The models we offer, and which model powers a given prompt, change over time.

A model provider may refuse a request (for example for safety or copyright reasons). We do not control those decisions, and we will not help you get around them.

5. Credits, plans and payment

  • Credits are what generations cost. The cost of each generation is shown before you run it. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred to another account, and cannot be sold.
  • Free credits: free accounts get a daily allowance that resets each day. Unused free credits do not build up.
  • Subscriptions (Pro and Ultimate) are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until you cancel. Each month your balance is topped up to your plan's monthly amount; unused monthly credits are not added on top of the next month's.
  • Credit packs are one-time purchases with no subscription. Credits you buy in a pack do not expire while your account is open, including if you later start or cancel a subscription.
  • Failed generations are not charged. Most generations only take credits once the result is ready. Where credits are taken when a generation starts (the product tells you when this happens), they are returned automatically if the generation fails.
  • Prices are shown on the pricing page and at checkout, and include any tax we are required to charge. Payments are processed by Stripe. If we change a subscription price we will tell you at least 30 days before it applies to you, and you can cancel before then.

6. Free trials

Some plans come with a free trial for first-time subscribers. The trial length and the credits included are shown at checkout. You add a card when you start, nothing is charged during the trial, and the subscription starts and is charged automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.

7. Cancelling and refunds

  • Cancel any time. Use "Manage subscription" or "Cancel subscription" on the pricing page while signed in. If you cancel during a free trial you are never charged. If you cancel later, your plan runs until the end of the period you have paid for and then stops renewing. You may also be offered the option to pause instead.
  • Your legal right to cancel. If you are a consumer in the UK or the EU, you can cancel a subscription or a credit-pack purchase within 14 days of buying it by emailing support@promptfrenzy.com. We will refund you within 14 days, less a proportionate amount for any credits you have already used.
  • Other refunds. Outside that, payments are not refundable except where the law requires it or where we choose to, for example if a fault on our side stopped you using what you paid for. If something went wrong, email us and we will look at it.

8. Your content

"Your content" means the prompts you write or publish, the photos you upload, and the images, videos and songs you generate.

  • You keep ownership of your content. You give us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, process, display and share it as needed to run and promote the Service. This licence ends when you delete the content, except for copies already shared publicly or kept in backups for a limited time.
  • Generations are public. The images, videos and songs you generate appear publicly, for example in the gallery on the prompt you used and in our feeds, and we may feature them on our social media accounts. Do not generate anything you do not want others to see. You can delete your own generations.
  • Uploaded photos are not shown publicly. The photos you upload as inputs are hidden from other users.
  • Published prompts are public. Prompts you publish appear in the library, and other signed-in users can view and remix them into new prompts. If you delete your account, prompts you published stay in the library without your name.

9. What you can upload and generate

Only upload photos you have the right to use. In particular, do not:

  • upload a photo of another person without their permission, or of a child unless you are their parent or guardian;
  • create sexual content of any kind involving a minor, or sexual or intimate images of any real person;
  • create images, video or audio of a real person designed to deceive people into thinking it is real, or to harass, bully, defame or impersonate them;
  • create content that promotes violence, terrorism or hatred against people because of who they are;
  • infringe anyone else's copyright, trademark or other rights, or break the law;
  • try to get around a model provider's or our own safety measures.

We may remove content, and suspend accounts, that break these rules, and we report child sexual abuse material to the relevant authorities.

10. Who owns AI outputs

As between you and us, you own the outputs you generate, and you can use them for personal and commercial purposes, subject to these terms, the law, and the terms of the AI model that produced them. AI outputs are not always unique: someone else may get a similar result. Outputs can resemble existing characters, brands or artworks; if you use an output commercially, it is your responsibility to make sure that use does not infringe anyone else's rights.

11. Using the Service fairly

Do not:

  • scrape or copy the Service in bulk, other than through the agent and developer access we provide;
  • interfere with or overload the Service, probe it for vulnerabilities without our permission, or reverse-engineer it;
  • resell or give others paid access to your account or credits.

12. Agents and developer access

You can create keys that let an AI agent use Prompt Frenzy on your behalf (see the agent docs). A key spends your account's credits under the same costs, plan limits and rules as the website, and you are responsible for what your agents do with it. Keep keys secret and revoke any you think are compromised. Where we offer pay-per- generation with cryptocurrency, payments are final once confirmed on-chain; if a paid generation fails, the credits stay on the paying account so you can retry without paying again. We may limit or stop automated access that harms the Service.

13. Our content

The Service, its design, the Prompt Frenzy name and logo, and the prompts we write belong to us or our licensors. You can use prompts in the library to generate content as these terms allow, but not copy the library as a whole or present the Service as your own.

14. Other companies' services

The Service relies on third parties, including AI model providers and Stripe for payments. Their own terms may also apply to you, and we are not responsible for their services.

15. Suspending or closing accounts

We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, or where the law requires it. Where it is reasonable, we will tell you why first and give you a chance to fix it. If we close your account without you having broken these terms, we will refund any unused paid subscription period and unused purchased credits.

16. Our responsibility to you

  • If you are a consumer, you have legal rights that these terms do not affect. We provide the Service with reasonable care and skill.
  • We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, and we are not responsible for business losses such as lost profit or lost opportunity.
  • Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.
  • If you use the Service for a business, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
  • The Service is provided as it is. We work to keep it running but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free, or that any output will suit a particular purpose.

17. Changes

We may update the Service and these terms. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the latest version. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you by email or with a notice in the product before it takes effect. If you do not agree to a change, you can stop using the Service and cancel any subscription.

18. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes will be heard in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can also bring proceedings in your local courts. If you are a consumer in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live. Please contact us first; most problems can be sorted out by email.
