- How does the free trial work?
- Pro starts with a 30-day free trial for first-time subscribers. You add a card at checkout but nothing is charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime during the trial and pay nothing. Trial credits arrive weekly: 75 when you start and again at the start of each trial week, 300 in total across the 4 weeks. After the trial, Pro renews at $15 per month until you cancel.
- What are credits and how far do they go?
- Credits are what generations spend. A typical image generation uses 3 credits, so Pro's 300 monthly credits cover about 100 images. Image-to-video costs more per generation and varies by model, so video allowances come out of the same credit grant. Free credits reset daily; Pro and Ultimate credits renew monthly.
- Which AI models are included?
- Every prompt in the library is pinned to the model that renders it best, across the leading image models (including the latest OpenAI and Google image models) and dedicated image-to-video models. You never choose or pay per model: your credits cover whichever model the prompt uses, on every plan.
- Do PromptFrenzy images have a watermark?
- On the free plan, shareable images carry a small QR watermark. Pro and Ultimate subscribers get the original, watermark-free image on every download and share.
- What does Ultimate add over Pro?
- Ultimate is $39 per month and raises the grant to 1000 credits each month (ultimate covers about 12 videos a month), with a queue of up to 50 generations, early access to new prompts, and priority support. It suits creators who generate most days or lean on image-to-video.
- How do I cancel?
- Anytime, from your account settings, in a couple of clicks. Billing is handled by Stripe. If you cancel during the free trial you are never charged; if you cancel later you keep access until the end of the billing period you already paid for.
